When you are shopping at Jameeze, you'll see that each product you look at includes availability information as part of the detailed description.
How do I pay for my purchases?
You can pay with any credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal for those of you who wish to pay with your credit card or bank account.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed clothing within 30 days of purchase. Jameeze is highly durable and washes beautifully, but please don't try to return used or washed clothing. If you should have defective merchandise, we will offer you an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. To expedite your return process, please contact us by email at info@jameeze.com.
Jameeze is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for the amount of the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Do I pay taxes on my purchases?
We do charge OH State Sales Tax of 6.5% for Ohio residents only.
International customers - we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes you may incur when receiving a package from us. Every country is different regarding how they handle incoming packages from other countries and there is no way for us to predict or prevent additional fees, taxes, or delays due to customs in your country.
What do you offer for gift wrapping?
Gift Wrapping is available at an additional cost. If you would like your order gift wrapped, or would like to include a personalized note, please contact us at info@jameeze.com before you order for gift wrapping options.
Do you deliver orders outside of the U.S.?
We do ship worldwide to most countries, although some shipping options may not be available for certain countries.
What shipping carriers do you use? How can I ship my package?
We ship via USPS first class, USPS parcel, USPS Priority, and USPS Express mail within the continental US. USPS first class, USPS Priority, and USPS Express is available for most countries outside of the USA. You can also purchase optional shipping insurance with Priority and Express shipping methods.
Are there additional costs when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska?
No, but all shipments to these states must be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Express mail. First class and ground shipping is not available to these states to help prevent shipping delays.
