Jameeze is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so if you are worried about shipment damage, please purchase insurance for your order during checkout. We are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed clothing within 30 days of purchase. Jameeze is highly durable and washes beautifully, but please don't try to return used or washed clothing. If you should have defective merchandise, we will offer you an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Jameeze is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for the amount of the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
